Who are we?
Moba is a training and education company specialising in vocational training, and non-formal training initiatives for young people and adults, with extensive training experience in the hospitality, catering, agriculture and environmental sectors.
Furthermore, we are an organisation with a strong social commitment to our community, and we regularly develop training projects aimed at improving people’s professional and personal prospects, particularly those of the most disadvantaged groups.
We develop our own training contents, e-learning platforms and our own training and digital dissemination content as part of our projects. Moba is based in Vigo, in north-western Spain, where it has its main training centre, as well as two training centres in Madrid; and one each in Ourense, Tui and Palencia.
Moba in International Projects
MOBA has progressively expanded its activities at European level through cooperation projects in education, training, employability and innovation. MOBA contributes to developing practical and innovative solutions that respond to current skills and labour market needs. Our organisation has deep experience in training design and testing, educational content development, digital learning resources production, dissemination and stakeholder engagement.
MOBA is currently involved in several European cooperation projects, strengthening its international network and contributing to initiatives related to inclusion, digitalisation, sustainability and professional development in its usual fields. These projects draw on our experience in vocational training, employability and skills development in these areas, whilst exploring new fields such as artificial intelligence, digital inclusion, the green transition, entrepreneurship and social integration.
Through its national and international projects, MOBA supports disadvantaged groups by transforming training needs into practical, skills-based learning opportunities that enhance employability and meet the current needs of the labour market.
